These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Scribely. By using Scribely, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Scribely.
1. Service Description
Scribely is a software service that helps users convert YouTube video transcripts into editable, handwritten-style notes.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features are provided through subscription plans. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through our payment provider. Access to paid features may be limited or suspended for failed payments.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Do not use Scribely for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activities.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or other accounts.
5. Intellectual Property
Scribely and its software, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to your own input content to the extent allowed by law.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Scribely is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7. Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
